Stainless clothes drying rack, Resin

A stainless steel clothes drying rack is coated with resin-made water droplets. The drying rack is deliberately maintained in this artificially semi-permanent wet state, symbolizing a state of antinomy experienced by the artist while traveling between Western and Eastern countries - highlighting the contrast between dryness and wetness, which form the foundations of different cultures. The condensation of water droplets represents the fusion of these two contrasting cultures in a saturated state.
